If you are experiencing elevated blood sugar, noticeable post-meal glucose fluctuations, or are currently managing your blood sugar on a regular basis, you are welcome to apply for the Jiang Cha Free Trial Program.

This program is intended for individuals with clear blood sugar management needs. Approved applicants may receive the product free of charge according to the program process, while providing fasting blood glucose readings at different stages for internal experience tracking and case evaluation.

Through this program, we hope to support more people who need blood sugar balance support in a more practical, responsible, and meaningful way.

To apply, you will need to:

• Provide relevant supporting documents, such as a health screening report, blood glucose test results, or other proof related to your blood sugar condition
• Be willing to provide fasting blood glucose readings at different stages of the trial
• Be willing to complete a basic registration during the first collection

Trial Process

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Fill in your basic information and provide relevant supporting documents related to your blood sugar condition.

Step 2: Application Review

Once your application is reviewed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the next steps and collection arrangements.

Step 3: First Collection

During your first collection, basic information may be recorded, including:

• Age
• Gender
• General health condition
• Body weight
• Recent fasting blood glucose reading

Approved applicants may collect 1 carton in the first round.

Step 4: Follow-Up After Two Weeks

After approximately two weeks of consumption, you will need to provide another fasting blood glucose reading to apply for the second carton.

Step 5: Final Blood Glucose Record

After completing the second carton, a final blood glucose test will be required to complete the trial record.

The collected data will be used for internal case documentation and product experience evaluation.

Collection Notes

• Delivery is not available under this program; self-collection is required
• Each carton weighs approximately 8kg
• Before the first collection, our team will confirm the collection time, location, and registration details with you
• Application approval, available quota, and distribution volume are subject to review and program arrangements
